Terms and Conditions Insurance Please ensure that your party is covered by personal insurance as StayNPlay cannot accept liability for any claims made. Availability Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday. The lodge will be available from 2.00pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of your departure. Please email via the contact form should you require any variation\s to this? Unauthorised Guests Only the named guests at the time of booking will be allowed to occupy the lodge. StayNPlay reserve the right to terminate your booking, without notice and with no refund being given should this be violated in any way. Sorry no all male \ female groups accepted under the age of thirty. Behaviour Loud and offensive behaviour will not be tolerated at any time. Persons acting in this way will have their booking terminated with immediate effect and no refunds will be given. No Smoking There is a strict no smoking policy inside the lodge. No Pets Sorry, no pets allowed. Damage Bond A Damage Bond of £100 is payable with each booking. This will be fully refundable at the end of your let; subject to no damage being incurred. Please treat the lodge and its contents with respect since all damage and breakages will be payable by the occupants. Loss of keys will incur additional charges for replacement of locks. Payment A deposit of £25 per person is required to confirm your booking. Full payment is required 56 days before the start date of your holiday. Scaleable cancellation charges will apply after this time. Any bookings made within 56 days of the start date will require immediate full payment to confirm your booking. Scaleable Cancellation charges Deposit - Non refundable if cancelled 13 weeks before holiday starts 25% of full holiday cost is payable if cancelled 6 weeks before holiday starts 50% of full holiday cost is payable if cancelled 4 weeks before holiday starts 75% of full holiday cost is payable if cancelled 2 weeks before holiday starts 100% of full holiday cost is payable if cancelled 1 week before holiday starts Safety Onsite Parents must supervise children at all times especially since there is a lake on site.
